Job Description:
Practo, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their issues - Troubleshoot technical problems and work with internal teams to resolve complex issues - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide detailed feedback to the team - Stay up-to-date on product features and updates to effectively support clients - Identify trends in client feedback and communicate insights to the broader team
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Resilient and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Strong cooperation and project management skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
