Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Larsen & Toubro. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Delhi, India. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner - Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist clients - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with efficiency and accuracy - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a consistent client experience - Provide feedback to management on client trends and areas for improvement

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to analyze situations quickly - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
