Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Ola Electric in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and online chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assisting customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing - Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and recurring issues

Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset - Reliable and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and strong negotiation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
