Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Snapdeal is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Remote Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to products, services, orders, and deliveries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 6. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in customer interactions. 7. Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Resilient in handling challenging customer situations. 4. Strong cooperation and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Excellent communication and active listening skills. 7. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 8. Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
