Job Description:
Nykaa is looking for a part-time Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Associate Level Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 3. Managing and updating customer data in the company database. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Conducting research to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed. 7. Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Hardworking and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. 8. A high level of computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems.
