Job Description:
Ather Energy is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Remote Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Follow established processes and procedures to meet customer service standards. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues to improve overall service delivery.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Dedication to providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
