Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Meesho in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This is a part-time entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Assisting with training new contact center staff as needed.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strategic planning and innovation skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
