Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Ola Cabs is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, and possess excellent cooperation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Provide information about Ola Cabs services and assist with booking and reservations - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Confidence, motivation, cooperation, and persuasion skills
