Job Description:
Zerodha, a leading financial services company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical support - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as call quality, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings - Continuously learn and improve product knowledge to better assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude - Adaptable to changing work environments and able to handle high-pressure situations - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively - Excellent critical thinking skills to analyze situations and come up with creative solutions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is required
