Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Contact Center Associate to join our team at Dailyhunt in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist users with troubleshooting technical issues they may encounter while using our platform. 3. Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to educate customers on new features and updates. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment. 5. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle high-stress scenarios with professionalism. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools. 7. Passion for helping others and providing top-notch customer support.
