Contact Center Associate

Job Description: Blinkit is looking for a motivated and resourceful Contact Center Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a part-time Associate at Blinkit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns. 4. Conduct research to address customer queries and provide relevant information. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Meet or exceed individual performance targets and KPIs. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong research skills to address customer inquiries effectively. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools. 6. Must be motivated and resourceful in problem-solving. 7. A positive attitude and customer-centric approach. 8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
