Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Mahindra Group is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will be independent and resilient, with strong soft skills in cooperation and creativity.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information to customers and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner. 3. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and account maintenance. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Utilize computer systems to track and update customer information.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
