Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


Urban Ladder, a leading furniture and home decor company, is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, energetic, and possess strong persuasion and decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers regarding products, orders, and general inquiries. 2. Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and finding appropriate solutions. 4. Utilize a variety of software tools to input and access customer information, process orders, and escalate complex issues when necessary. 5. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchase and overall experience with Urban Ladder. 6. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, operations, and logistics to address customer needs and improve processes. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call resolution, customer satisfaction, and overall service quality.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. 6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
