Job Description:
Zomato is looking for a motivated Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions with customers - Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Utilize company resources and tools to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times - Support other team members and departments as needed to ensure overall success of the contact center
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Proven ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Strong presentation and communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Must have a suitable home office setup with reliable internet connection - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Fluency in English and Hindi required, additional languages a plus
