Job Description:


As a Contact Center Associate at Cred, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your home in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. You will be a vital part of our team, helping to uphold the high standards of service that Cred is known for.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints, providing solutions and resolutions. 3. Support customers through the application process, explaining products and services offered by Cred. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information. 8. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to adapt quickly to changes and handle high-stress situations with professionalism. 5. Creative thinking and innovative solutions to customer issues. 6. Must be driven and motivated to succeed in a virtual work environment. 7. Proficient in using technology and familiar with CRM systems. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications a plus.
