Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


1mg, a leading healthcare company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, is seeking a dedicated and independent Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement contact center strategies to meet organizational goals - Manage a team of contact center agents, providing leadership and support - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve performance - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in contact center management - Strong presentation and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred) - Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure - Experience with contact center software and tools
