Job Description - Contact Center Manager


Job Description:


Rebel Foods is looking for a reliable and independent Contact Center Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in contact center management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our contact center operations.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness - Manage and train contact center staff to ensure high-quality service delivery - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Develop and implement processes for handling customer escalations - Maintain contact center technology and ensure optimal performance - Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on contact center performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Communications, etc.) - Proven experience in contact center management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Strategic planning and research skills - Ability to work independently and make informed decisions - Proficiency in contact center technology and systems - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing contact center operations
