Job Description:
Dunzo is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a mid-to-senior level position with 8 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be confident, resourceful, and possess excellent communication and research skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the contact center. 2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient customer service operations. 3. Train and manage a team of contact center agents to ensure high-quality customer interactions. 4. Monitor and analyze contact center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in customer service processes. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions as needed. 7. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contact center management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 8 years of experience in contact center management. 3. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proven track record of implementing successful customer service strategies. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and contact center technology.
