HealthifyMe, a leading health and fitness technology company, is currently seeking a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Remote Contact Center Manager at HealthifyMe, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our contact center operations. This includes but is not limited to supervising a team of remote customer service representatives, monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities: 1. Supervise and mentor a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices to streamline contact center operations. 4. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the contact center remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in a contact center management role. 2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven ability to drive results and meet performance targets. 4. Resilient and adaptable personality traits. 5. Excellent project management and communication skills. 6. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
