Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team at BYJU'S in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all times.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement. 3. Train, motivate, and supervise contact center staff to ensure they meet performance targets. 4. Evaluate and enhance contact center processes to streamline operations and minimize costs. 5. Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 7. Generate reports and present findings to senior management to drive informed decision-making. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven track record of success in a contact center management role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 5. Proficiency in contact center software and CRM systems. 6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 7. Hardworking, driven individual with a passion for customer service. 8. Strong presentation and analysis skills.
