Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at Snapdeal in Delhi, India. This part-time position is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in managing contact centers, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of our remote contact center team, ensuring high performance and efficiency. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service quality and effectiveness. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Provide coaching and training to contact center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 6. Implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 7. Utilize technology and software to optimize contact center operations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Proven experience in managing a contact center, with a minimum of 7 years of experience. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills. 5. Ability to work in a remote environment and manage a virtual team effectively. 6. Adaptable and driven personality traits. 7. Strong time management and adaptability soft skills.
