Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team at Goibibo. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our virtual contact center, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support. This position is a part-time role and will require mid-to-senior level experience in a contact center environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring that KPIs and SLAs are met - Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills of team members - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience working in a contact center environment - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Proficiency in using contact center software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
