Job Description:
Paytm is seeking a Contact Center Manager to work from home in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, providing training and support as needed.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the contact center team - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve customer service efficiency - Respond to escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure that team members are up-to-date on company policies and procedures - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and guidelines - Handle any other duties as assigned by upper management
