Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


BYJU'S is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of contact center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service operations and performance. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. 4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalations. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members. 6. Create and maintain contact center policies, procedures, and training materials. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the customer service experience. 8. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints as needed.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a contact center management role. 2. Motivated and independent, with a strong work ethic and ability to drive results. 3. Creative thinker with strong strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Knowledge of contact center technologies and software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). 7. Ability to work independently from a home office.
