Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Nykaa is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Contact Center Officer in our Delhi office. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Basic computer proficiency - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
