Job Description:

BookMyShow is seeking a passionate and reliable Contact Center Officer to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner 3. Provide information on products, services, and policies 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department 5. Educate customers on using the platform and its features 6. Document all customer interactions accurately 7. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and process improvement 8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload 4. Excellent problem-solving skills 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software 7. Passion for providing exceptional customer service 8.
