Contact Center Officer

Job Description: One97 Communications is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues 3. Provide accurate information about products and services 4. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions 5. Process orders, returns, and exchanges 6. Maintain customer records and update information as needed 7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues 8. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets 9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 10. Uphold company values and promote a positive brand image

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role 2. Confident and driven personality traits 3. Strong decision-making and communication skills 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 5. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
