Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

InMobi is seeking a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time position is entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate for this role will be energetic, resourceful, possess strong problem-solving skills, and exhibit leadership qualities.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. - Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customer needs. - Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Use various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers. - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and team success. - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role. - Energetic and resourceful personality. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Leadership qualities. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficient computer skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
