Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Box8 is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Associate level employee with 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and feedback - Assisting customers with placing orders, making changes to existing orders, and resolving any order-related concerns - Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions to customer problems - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Conducting research to provide accurate information and solutions to customers - Using persuasion skills to retain customers and promote additional products or services - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system

Requirements: - Independent and driven individual who thrives in a remote work environment - Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions and information for customers - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and promote products/services - Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
