Contact Center Representative

Job Description: Blinkit, a leading e-commerce company in Delhi, is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team. As an Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. 3. Providing product information and assisting customers with their orders. 4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department. 5. Documenting customer interactions accurately in the system. 6. Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. 7. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer experience. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 9. Participating in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 2. Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and databases. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
