Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Toppr is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude. 2. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools. 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 7. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
