Remote Contact Center Representative

Job description:

Swiggy is looking for energetic and reliable Remote Contact Center Representatives to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving complaints - Use problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer concerns effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment - Proficient in using computer software and applications - High school diploma or equivalent required
