Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


1mg is seeking a confident and passionate Contact Center Representative to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels. Your main goal will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Use analysis and persuasion skills to recommend products or services that meet customer needs - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and issues - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor - Passion for helping customers and solving problems - Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions - Excellent persuasion skills to upsell or cross-sell products - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
