HealthifyMe, a leading health and fitness technology company, is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Delhi, India. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Remote Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. You will answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support on our products and services. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow up on unresolved tasks.
The ideal candidate for this role will be motivated and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. You must possess the ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively, along with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat channels - Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Document all customer interactions accurately in the system - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfactory resolution - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Availability to work flexible hours as needed
