Toppr is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a positive and efficient manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
Requirements: - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in a contact center or customer service role - Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office - High school diploma or equivalent
