Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Vedanta Resources Limited is seeking a passionate and confident Contact Center Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 3. Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 6. Provide support for sales and marketing initiatives. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs set by the company. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Ability to think innovatively and demonstrate leadership qualities. 4. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications. 5. Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends. 6. Visa sponsorship and disability insurance benefits provided. 7. Must be eligible to work in India. 8. PTO offered for part-time employees.
