Contact Center Representative - Work from home

As a Contact Center Representative at 1mg, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, email, and chat. This is a work-from-home position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN, on a part-time basis at the Associate Level with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues regarding orders, products, and services. 2. Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and resolving any technical difficulties. 3. Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies. 4. Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets. 5. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about helping customers and providing excellent service. 2. Resourceful in finding solutions to customer problems efficiently. 3. Demonstrated adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues. 4. Strong negotiation skills to resolve customer disputes and sales objections. 5. Excellent communication skills in English and one or more regional languages. 6. Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
