Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Blinkit is currently seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner - Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and confident in handling different scenarios - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Decision-making skills and ability to work well in a team setting - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work
