Job Description:
The Mahindra Group is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. We are looking for a hardworking and confident individual who possesses strong analytical and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers to provide exceptional service and support - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and seamless customer experiences - Stay up to date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
