Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Reliance Industries Limited in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This position is part-time and open to entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers and provide information about products and services. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback. 3. Respond to customer emails and live chat messages with accuracy and efficiency. 4. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. 5. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and scheduling service appointments. 6. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing all concerns and resolving issues promptly. 7. Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics and goals set by the company. 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Energetic and hardworking personality. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong time management and organization skills. 6. Persuasive and customer-focused mindset. 7. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. 8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
