Job Description:
The Contact Center Specialist at Samsung India in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls in a customer service/contact center environment. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support to customers. 4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. 7. Participating in training sessions and ongoing professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times to ensure compliance and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations. 4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other contact center software. 5. Dedicated and confident personality traits. 6. Strong planning and time management skills. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
