Job Description:

Ola Cabs is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with little to no work experience who are reliable and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about Ola Cabs services and resolve customer issues efficiently. 3. Conduct research to find solutions to complex customer concerns. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Utilize creativity to find innovative ways to improve customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance goals while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work well under pressure. - Creativity and research skills. - Reliable and punctual. - Must be able to work part-time hours.
