Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers - Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Document all interactions and maintain customer records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction ratings


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Independent and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent people management skills - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
