Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

As a Contact Center Specialist at Google India in Kolkata, West Bengal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support to customers. 4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system. 5. Collaborating with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. 6. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering a positive customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong independent and adaptable personality traits. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software. 6. Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
