Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Simplilearn, a leading global online learning platform, is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers regarding our online courses and products. 2. Provide accurate information to customers, assist with problem-solving, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive and personalized customer experience. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide support in promoting new products, offers, and campaigns. 5. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in customer interactions and satisfaction. 6. Create and deliver presentations to internal teams on customer feedback, trends, and best practices. 7. Assist in training new team members and contribute to the development of contact center training materials.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role, with a minimum of 4 years of experience. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism and empathy. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Passion for providing excellent customer service and building relationships with customers. 5. Strong analytical skills to review data and make informed decisions. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. 7. Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations to internal teams. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
