Job Description:
FirstCry is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team and work remotely from Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and live chat interactions. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize company systems and databases to accurately document customer interactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Follow company policies and procedures to provide consistent and high-quality customer service. 6. Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to work independently and be resourceful in finding solutions to customer problems. 3. Demonstrate strong decision-making and planning skills. 4. Proficient in using computer software and navigating multiple systems simultaneously. 5. Prior experience in a contact center or customer service role is required. 6. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home.
