Job Description - Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Delhi, India. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while working remotely. The ideal candidate will be independent, reliable, possess strong project management skills, and be able to think critically in resolving customer issues.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking reservations, managing account information, and resolving any issues that may arise - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on Hilton's products and services to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent project management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Critical thinking skills to quickly and effectively solve customer issues - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
