Customer Care Assistant

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Cred in Delhi, IN. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position at the entry level, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution. 3. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. 6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service skills. 7. Take ownership of customer concerns and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong creativity and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
