Job Description:
Vedanta Resources Limited is seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a resourceful and confident demeanor.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations. 3. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed. 5. Meet and exceed customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 6. Resourceful and confident personality traits.
