Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Tata Motors is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Delhi, Delhi, IN. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is dedicated, passionate, and looking to gain valuable experience in customer service. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution - Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
